Multi-Wallet Archive Session

Who this is for

Investors holding assets across four or more non-custodial wallets who need a single, readable record of what each wallet contains, when it was last verified, and where physical backups are stored.

What you receive

  • A wallet inventory worksheet completed during the session
  • A printed archive binder with indexed sections per wallet
  • A recovery phrase cross-reference sheet (you write the phrases; we verify format and placement)
  • Guidance on secure storage locations for the completed archive
  • A follow-up checklist for wallets added after the session

What is excluded

  • We never hold, copy, or transmit your private keys or seed phrases digitally
  • We do not execute transactions or move assets between wallets
  • Tax reporting or investment strategy advice (see our Not Financial Advice page)

Process

  1. Pre-session questionnaire — You list wallet types, approximate holdings, and current backup methods. Sent one week before your appointment.
  2. Inventory mapping — During the session, we work through each wallet together. You confirm addresses and holdings from your own devices.
  3. Archive assembly — We structure the binder, label sections, and note verification dates.
  4. Storage planning — We discuss where the archive should live relative to your existing safes, safety deposit boxes, or trusted contacts.

Preparation

Bring your hardware wallets, any written seed phrase backups, and a laptop if you use software wallets. Allow four uninterrupted hours. Refreshments are provided at our Suwon office.

Next step

Request a session with your approximate wallet count. We respond within two business days with available dates.
